What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email to track the status of your order.Once your order is shipped we will send you another email to confirm you the expected delivery date as well as the link to track your order (when the delivery method allows it).Additionally, you can track the status of your order from your "order history" section on your account page on the website.

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been processed for shipping yet.Once your order is under the status "preparing for shipping", "shipping" or "delivered", then we cannot accept any edits to your order.To make changes to your order, please reach out to support through the helpdesk.

Worldwide except Cuba, Iran, Crimea, Syria, and North Korea

What if i entered the wrong address

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.)2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.Please note:Fulfillment time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.The fulfillment averages you see in our catalog are calculated based on our fulfillment data for each product within the time frame of 30 days.Our fulfillment averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold.Fulfillment for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days.

Will my shirt fit? How do you think about sizes?

We've worked hard to ensure that the sizes we offer will work for many different shapes and sizes of customers from all over the world. We offer products that come in a range of shapes, including Unisex and Women's' styles in a full range of typical U.S. style sizes (small through 4XL). 

Each product is different, so make sure to check the sizing guide in each page, as some products may be very fitted. As we introduce new products, we'll add even more information about product fits and sizes.

What about shipping and delivery?

Our fulfillment partner fulfills orders within 1 business day (Mon-Fri), a timeline which does not include Weekends or Holidays. Please remember that the delivery of your order is the responsibility of the shipping carrier (USPS, Fedex, DHL). 

Once a package leaves our fulfillment center, you must reach out directly to the shipping carrier selected during checkout to resolve delivery issues. You should have your tracking number ready when reaching out to the shipping carrier.

Where can I find the tracking information for my orders?

All tracking numbers can be found in the shipping notification emails we send out

My order has been sent, why don't I see the tracking info?

Your order was shipped but it can take up to 48 hours for tracking info to show up

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.We additionnaly offer support for Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Which currency will I be charged in?

We currently only support the following currencies for charging our customers in their local currencies: USD, GBP, CAD and EUR.If your credit or debit card use another currency, then you will be charged in USD, CAD or EUR, depending on the website you are on. Your bank will apply the corresponding conversation rate of the currency you choose.

What if the product is damaged in the mail?

If something arrives damaged, send a photo of the damaged goods to support@blackkohco.co, then we'll gladly send a replacement at no cost to you.

What if the order is lost in the mail?

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. But no worries! We'll cover the costs of reprinting and shipping a replacement order for you.We may ask for your help before doing that, like confirming with your  shipping address was correct. Please make sure you got in touch with your local post office to try locating the lost order.Keep in mind that if tracking information states an order was delivered but you haven't received it, then we won't take responsibility and reship that order. In that case, any replacements would have to be at your expense.
